Sorbet with Bitter Chocolate
Ingredients:
1/2 pound bitter chocolate
3 cups lukewarm water
3 ounces chocolate, grated
3/4 cup sugar
Preparation:
Melt the bitter chocolate slowly in the top of a double boiler.
Blend the water with the melted chocolate. Add the grated sweet chocolate and the sugar and blend well.
Pour the mixture into an ice-cream freezer and follow the
manufacturer's instructions.
Yield: 10 servings.
